Robey Theatre Company in association with The New LATC
A House With No Walls by Thomas Gibbons
The New LATC, Theatre 2
514 S. Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA  90013
Thursday through Saturday @ 8pm, Sundays @ 3pm
When the slave quarters of George Washington's Philadelphia residence are uncovered on the construction site of the new museum being erected in his honor, the needs of a city strapped for cash and political wrangling threaten to obscure the significance of slavery and its' continuing effects on American race relations.  As Americans continue to search for meaningful dialogue on the "race question", this play asks, Who decides history?  Can one still find a benefit of history when history is flawed?
